Each card includes empowering and uplifting statements on each side. We created the cards to facilitate two-sided conversations between the child and adult (or sibling or friend). The front side of each card features affirmations for the child to say to themselves.
The affirmations on the backside are designed for a carer, parent, teacher or peer to affirm the child. Can also be used by adults.
This gives a total of 70 affirmations to choose from daily.
