We are looking for an investor interested in children-focused consumer brands to help Philly & Friends scale to its next milestone in building upon the current foundation.

Philly & Friends is an award-winning children's lifestyle & toy brand that aims to add a drop of colour in the sea of children's products. We create beautifully illustrated and crafted children's books, toys, dolls, cards, and interiors designed to instil self-love and confidence in our little ones through the power of positive representation.

What started as an idea for a simple children's book based on Philly, a beautiful bold black little girl, has grown into a much-loved children's brand. Philly & Friends has won the hearts of many and has grown into a very identifiable brand since its launch in 2019 - recently winning the consumer & luxury rising star of the year award and Best (children's) Brand Award, amongst others. We are blessed with many achievements in such a short period, one of which was when the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, selected and read our children's book, Who Do I See in the Mirror? on her YouTube channel, Storytime with Fergie. In addition, our latest product, the fabric dolls, sold out in pre-order.

With many awards and press coverage, we want to expand our product range and capitalise on the recent momentum. In addition, we are working to introduce Philly's brother and friends to our community who desperately asked for a boy and a range of hues to be included.

Haven recently secured key retail partnerships across the United Kingdom, United States, and the middle east; we are looking to expand globally and work with more partners. Our partners include Liberty London, Scandiborn, Grasshoppers USA, Elli Junior UAE, etc.

FUTURE PLANS AND GROWTH.
We invested in our business and recently developed a set of new dolls and a unique collection of puzzles we have been testing over the past few months and are going to launch at the end of the summer, just in time for Christmas. We are a leading UK inclusive children's lifestyle and toy brand with an identifiable and much loved black character at the centre stage.

Philly & Friends is a truly innovative business model that serves a growing demand for diversity in the playroom and on the bookshelf. Parents and families seek children's products that represent their little ones or teach them to embrace diversity through play. We believe we have come up with a brand that has won the hearts of many and will continue to grow globally. Social impact is at the heart of what we do, and each book sold sponsors a book into the hands of an underprivileged child.

WHO & WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an active investor who will come on board and help us grow, ideally someone with experience in business growth, eCommerce, retail and/or Kids & Family market.

Someone who can help us define what our B2B model would look like and introduce or connect us to key players.

and/or

Someone with International growth experience or who has scaled a product business (ideally kids related but not essential) and is willing to work with the founder to structure the business.
